China and East Timor
Loro Horta is Associate Research Fellow at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has degrees from Sydney University in Australia and the Institute for Defense and Strategic Studies at Nanyang Technology University in Singapore. He is also a graduate of the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies in Hawaii. He is a regular contributor to the Straits Times , Asia Times and the Jakarta Post , and Mr. Horta has been interviewed by ABC Radio Australia, SBS Radio Australia, Singapore National Radio and France Press.
Loro Horta is the son of President Jose Ramos Horta of East Timor.
