General Secretary Marc Perrin de Brichambaut will give a lecture followed by Q & A. NUPI Director Jan Egeland will moderate the event.
Mr. Marc Perrin de Brichambaut has served as OSCE Secretary General since June 2005. He has held senior positions in the French administration as a member of the Council of State, as well as in several international organizations, including in New York as Special Assistant to the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for International Economic and Social Affairs.
