Countering organized crime - an innovative UN response
For five years the International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG) has fought large scale corruption and organized crime.
In this seminar CICIG commissioner Francisco Dall'Anese will give us insight in how they work to reveal clandestine networks between state actors and criminal groups and discuss achievements and challenges and the possibility of establishing similar institutions in countries plagued by organized crime and corruption.
