Dr. Tekeda Alemu has served as Deputy Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia since 2001. He has held senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1983 until today. Dr. Alemu completed his PhD in Political Science at the Claremont Graduate School in 1983.
