[03.12.12] Norway between the EU and Russia in the Arctic

Norway between the EU and Russia in the Arctic

The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs has the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar:

Norway between the EU and Russia in the Arctic
The EU has a longstanding interest in the Arctic region, but remains outside the key forums where Arctic politics is discussed today. What are the main interests and concerns the EU has in the region? How are Arctic coastal states engaging with this increased level of interest from the EU? What consequences does this have for Norwegian foreign policy in the High North?

The seminar consists of two short presentations, a commentary and a panel debate/question and answer session.

Tid:
Mandag 03.12.12, kl.13:00
Sted:
