The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) has the great pleasure of inviting to a lecture by Professor Amos Nur, Stanford University. The lecture will be followed by comments and discussions.

Peak or Panic?
Different perspectives on oil and geopolitics 

Are we nearing or past the point where affordable global oil production can no longer be increased to meet demand? How will an oil crunch affect economic growth and geopolitical stability? What are the implications for Norway?
