RUSSIA, EU AND GAS
This year commenced with yet another energy crisis between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. When Russia cut the supply of gas to the Ukrainian pipeline system, this had serious repercussions for many EU countries. The aim of the seminar is to look at how this last crisis has affected energy relations between EU and the Russian Federation as well as addressing the role of Ukraine as a transit country.
