[28.11.08] Russlandsavdelingens årskonferanse
The Return of Russia
The Department of Russian and Eurasian Studies at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs has the pleasure of inviting you to the conference “The Return of Russia”.
The Georgian-Russian crisis of August 2008 marked the return of Russia’s ability to underpin political demands with forceful diplomatic and military action. During the conference, we would like to explore how we can best understand Russia’s re-emergence as a potent player in world affairs and what the potential implications are. Our aim is to critically assess recent developments in Russia’s involvement in international affairs and to identify key trends and nuances.
Regretfully, there are no more seats available.
