[13.06.12] Strengthening Civilian Capacity Partnerships: International Training and Rostering Consultation

The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs is organizing a meeting on behalf of the CivCap Network, and in association with the UN CivCap team

Strengthening Civilian Capacity Partnerships: International Training and Rostering Consultation
Following on from last year’s Mobilizing Civilian Capacity Consultation (New York, 14 June 2011), this consultation on “Strengthening Civilian Capacity Partnerships” will provide an opportunity for the international training and rostering community to engage with the UN CivCap team and provide feedback on its work on partnership modalities.

A key part of this is CAPMATCH, a self-service online platform being developed by the team whose purpose is to better match the demand and supply of specialized civilian capacities for countries emerging from conflict.
