Leder for NUPIs Centre for Global Governance. Forsker på overnasjonal styring, ekspertgruppers rolle i internasjonal politikk, internasjonale organisasjoner (FN, Verdensbanken), ikke-statlige organisasjoner, humanitær bistand og fredsoperasjoner.
