This year’s seminar focuses on the nuclear-weapon threat posed by state- and non-state actors, and the implications for global security in general and for Norway in particular.
The Military Power Seminar is a collaborative venture between the Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs.
