Strobe Talbott is President of the Brookings Institution. He served as Deputy Secretary of State in the Clinton administration (1994–2001) and has been Director of Yale Center for the Study of Globalization at Yale University.
The seminar is a dialogue between Strobe Talbott and NUPI director Jan Egeland and takes place between 13.00 and 14.00.
