Abdul Haq Shafaq is the current governor of Faryab Province in Afghanistan. He assumed office in 2007. He has been governor of Sar-e Pol Province and governor of Samangan Province. Mr. Abdul Haq Shafaq is former commander of the Hezbe Wahdat.
