Legitimacy and statebuilding, input to World Development Report 2011
The aim of the project is to provide input to the work on World Development Report 2011 on Conflict and Vulnerability, issued by the World Bank.Deltakere
The project will analyse statebuilding including
(a) the theoretical literature on state, state-society relations, legitimacy and institution building, and
(b) the policy community literature on building effective states.
