This is the second policy seminar on tax havens and tax evasion arranged by the research project on Systems of Tax Evasion and Laundering (STEAL). The project is funded by the Norwegian Research Council.

The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, NUPI, has the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar:

Dependency and Denial: The Regulatory Landscape for Tax Havens
The seminar will tackle the relationship between tax havens and development, and what the US and the EU do to regulate tax havens.

The research project Systems of Tax Evasion and Laundering (STEAL) seeks to identify Global Wealth Chains that are the articulation of organized activities between individuals or international entities, developed countries, developing countries, and tax havens.
