NATO is reducing its presence in Afghanistan, and Norway has handed over the responsibility for security in the northern Faryab region to the Afghans. The Central Asian states are active participants in the regional efforts to secure a peaceful and stable Afghanistan. This seminar about the relations between Afghanistan and its northern neighbors in Central Asia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan will discuss whether and how the Central Asian states can contribute.
