Gulliver bound? Revisionists, networks, and the international order
The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) has the pleasure of inviting you to a theory seminar with Stacie Goddard
who will present the paper:
Gulliver bound? Revisionists, networks, and the international order
Stacie Goddard is Associate Professor of Political Science at Wellesley College. Her research explores issues of identity, legitimacy, and conflict in international relations. Her book, Indivisible Territory and the Politics of Legitimacy: Jerusalem and Northern Ireland,
was published by Cambridge University Press in 2009. Goddard currently researches whether concerns about legitimacy affect states' decisions to balance power—for example, if the United States' position as the lone superpower depends on whether or not the international community sees its foreign policy as legitimate.
