Research project
The project aims to ordinarily explain importance of critical infrastructure to societies of Baltic states and Norway.

The project will also raise awareness and discussion among policy makers, practitioners and mass media. It aims to analyse approaches used by state institutions and private sector and to compare these approaches to expectations of inhabitants of the countries analysed.

Funding program

The project is funded by the Fund for Bilateral Relations of the EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021.
