The main aim of this collaborative project (PISM and NUPI) is to map the Polish and Norwegian approaches towards various types of security related challenges in the European and regional context.
States are often placed in situations in which they have to care for their citizens abroad. The form of this care and what it encompasses, will be discussed in this seminar.
This project will contribute with new perspectives and understandings in the official debate in Norway, linked to security, collective defense and NATO. The delivery is a series of three seminars linked to Policy Briefs, chronicles and other communication activities.
