Martin Haukland

Graduate Research Fellow

Martin Haukland is a Graduate Research Fellow at NUPI and part of the Research group on Russia, Asia and international trade. He will be writing his master thesis for the project "COINS - Consequences of Investments for National Security", where he will use panel and time-series data to examine foreign direct investments to European countries.

Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from the University of Bergen. He has been a visiting student at Columbia University, London School of Economics, and Fudan University.
