Lea Bjørgul

Lea Bjørgul was a Graduate Research Fellow in the Research group on security and defence at NUPI. Her master’s thesis is within military ethics and will attempt to contribute to the philosophical debate concerning what kind(s) of cyber-attack(s) should generate a right of individual or collective self-defense.

Bjørgul has work experience from the University of Oslo, the Norwegian embassy in Washington D.C., The Norwegian Atlantic Committee, and the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies (IFS). Her main research interests include military ethics, US foreign policy and the philosophy of science.
