Annual report 2014: Better gender balance at NUPI

Published: 11 May 2015

The annual report for 2014 is now published. It shows a better gender balance at NUPI.

The annual report contains a detailed description of how NUPI operates and performs on all targets defined by the institute's owner, the Ministry of  Education and Research. The annual report also contains the Director's outlook on the current year. For 2014 the report clearly shows that the gender balance at NUPI has improved. In 2014 38% of researchers and 46% of all staff members were women.

- This is very positive, but we still need to work on the gender balance in NUPI's management. Here, only 20% are women, says Head of Administration Jan-Morten Torrissen.
