The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and the Norwegian Centre for Humanitarian Studies (NCHS) have the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar to discuss challenges to the Protection of Civilians.

This seminar takes a closer look on the challenges of protecting civilians. It discusses emerging and persistent trends, using Uganda as a case and with a particular focus on urban displacement. The seminar features presentations from five researchers that will speak on the basis of their current research on protection challenges.
