Mikkel Frøsig Pedersen is Deputy Head of Administration. He is responsible for financial and business management, the operation of NUPI's premises and the institute's project portfolio. Work areas include purchasing and procurement, ICT and security, HR and personnel management, and organisational development.
He has participated in developing and managing several of NUPI's research and capacity-building projects on peacekeeping, peacebuilding, mediation in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and more recently, climate change and energy transition. Before NUPI, he worked in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
