Summary
Eskil Jakobsen is a PhD Fellow in the GEO-Security Research Group at Nord University and Visiting Research Fellow at NUPI. In his PhD research, Jakobsen examines US–PRC competition for technological supremacy in emerging and disruptive technologies (EDTs) and its implications for the Arctic security environment. His main research interests include strategic competition, military technology, and Arctic security.
