In 2015, Nauro Campos and two co-authors presented the paper “Norwegian Rhapsody? The Political Economy Benefits of European Integration”, concluding that Norway would have been considerably better off with full participation in EU integration. At the seminar, Dr. Campos will present these results and also provide wider perspectives on post-Brexit UK.

Dr Campos has been a Professor of Economics and Finance at Brunel University London since 2005. He is also a Research professor at ETH (Zurich) and a Research Fellow at IZA (Bonn.). From 2009 to 2014 he was seconded to the Office of the Chief Economist of the UK’s Department for International Development as a Senior Economics Advisor.
