In this seminar, research is presented on the framework conditions for energy security in the Baltic Sea Region. We also ask the question how energy security issues in the Baltic Sea region have been addressed.
The research presented is from the project Energy security in the Baltic Sea Region: regional coordination and management of interdependencies, sponsored by Norway grants. The project is a collaboration between IIRPS at Vilnius University and NUPI.
