Arrangement

I løpet av det siste tiåret, og som svar på kontinuerlege utfordringar innan fredsskaping, fredsbevaring og fredsbygging, har fleire og fleire forskarar identifisert kompleksitetsteori, eller «Complexity theory», som eit verdifullt verktøy for å forstå konflikt og informere fredsintervensjon. Arbeidet innanfor tematikken er ikkje samspelt og forskene som arbeider meg feltet jobbar i ulike disiplinar. Dei arbeider med eit mangfald av metodar - og på mange ulike casar - og studerer i tillegg ulike dynamikkar innanfor konflikt og fred.

Basert på ei utlysing har vi valt 20 forskarar til å presentere forsking, nylege publikasjonar og arbeidsoppgåver, og har samla dei i fire panel.
